I’ve purchased five homes in my lifetime. Hands down Dorothy Krupa has been the best Realtor we’ve had by a long shot. She is dedicated and extremely proactive. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything is what her customers expect. She did an excellent job helping my wife and I close on our new home in Freeport Florida back in 2019 after I fired my previous realtor for being incompetent and arrogant. My husband and I decided to not only sell our family home but purchase a new build for our forever home. We were nervous about the process and called Dorothy to set up a meeting to discuss options and understand more about the steps to take. From our very first meeting, Dorothy was with us through every step, milestone, and deadline. Dorothy was extremely attentive, informative, and knowledgeable with our questions and concerns. She owned every detail through the process of selling our home, to the point of, she made you feel like it was her home too. Dorothy was an incredible resource for us as we moved to a brand new area. We’ve never before lived in Florida and Dorothy had great expertise on the intricacies of living in the sunshine state. She helped us watch out for termite protection, water damage, and assessing realistic property values for the current high seller market. Not knowing anyone around, she was a great contact and friend with lots of advice as we moved into our first Florida home and 3 days later experienced our first hurricane (Sally).
